Vietnamese Grilled Pork (Bún Thịt Nướng)
3-4lb - Pork Shoulder or Butt (chicken & beef ok substitutes)
1/2 Cup - Sugar (Less Sugar; Little as 1Tbsp Brown Sugar + 1 Tbsp Honey)
2 Tablespoons Fish Sauce
1 Tablespoon - Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon - Oyster Sauce
3 Cloves Garlic, chopped
Let marinate for 15+ minutes
Directions
Add all the ingredients for the pork marinade to a large bowl. Mix and let it marinate for 15-30 minutes. For the best flavor, marinate for at least an hour.
Grill your pork pieces for 1-2 minutes on each side until you get nice grill marks and the pork is cooked through.
