Mississippi Roast

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 pound) chuck roast

  • ½ (12 ounce) jar pepperoncini’s (4-6 for kids and 6-10 for spicy adults)

  • ½ (12 ounce) jar pepperoncini juice

  • ½ cup unsalted butter (1 stick)

  • 1 (0.4 oz) package dry ranch dressing mix (we use Uncle Dan’s)

  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

  • Not required: 1 (1 ounce) packet au jus gravy mix - we don’t usually do this but it’s an addition

Directions

Combine everything in slow cooker for 4-8 hours!
