Seed Crackers (Gluten Free)
Ingredients
1 cup sprouted pumpkin seeds
1 cup flax seeds
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
1/3 cup sesame seeds
2 tbsp psyllium husks
1 1/2 cup boiling water
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°
Mix all seeds and dry ingredients in bowl, pour boiling water in and stir together.
Lay out mix, flat on a baking sheet with parchment paper
Bake for 45 minutes
