Seed Crackers (Gluten Free)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sprouted pumpkin seeds

  • 1 cup flax seeds

  • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds

  • 1/3 cup sesame seeds

  • 2 tbsp psyllium husks

  • 1 1/2 cup boiling water

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°

  2. Mix all seeds and dry ingredients in bowl, pour boiling water in and stir together.

  3. Lay out mix, flat on a baking sheet with parchment paper

  4. Bake for 45 minutes
