Polenta
INGREDIENTS
- 1 and 1/2 cup of Polenta
- 2 Can Chicken Stock
- 2 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- Option: 1/2 Cup White Wine with less Chicken Stock
- Small Cube of Chicken Stock
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- Salt
DIRECTIONS
- Add Chicken Stock and Cream, bringing to a boil, reducing to a simmer. Pour in Polenta steadily, stirring consistently.
- Continue to stir/ whisk until begins to thicken. Add Parmesan Cheese and Salt.
