Polenta

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 and 1/2 cup of Polenta
  • 2 Can Chicken Stock
  • 2 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Option: 1/2 Cup White Wine with less Chicken Stock
  • Small Cube of Chicken Stock
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add Chicken Stock and Cream, bringing to a boil, reducing to a simmer. Pour in Polenta steadily, stirring consistently. 
  2. Continue to stir/ whisk until begins to thicken. Add Parmesan Cheese and Salt.
