INGREDIENTS & DIRECTIONS
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 3 tablespoons of Red Wine Vinegar
- Squeeze Full Lemon
- 3 Cloves of Garlic chopped
- 3 tablespoons of Dijon Mustard
- Stir well with electric stirrer
- Add 2/3rds olive oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Chopped Green Onion
