Dijon Dressing

INGREDIENTS & DIRECTIONS

  1. 1 Egg Yolk
  2. 3 tablespoons of Red Wine Vinegar
  3. Squeeze Full Lemon
  4. 3 Cloves of Garlic chopped
  5. 3 tablespoons of Dijon Mustard
  6. Stir well with electric stirrer
  7. Add 2/3rds olive oil
  8. Salt & Pepper
  9. Chopped Green Onion
