Risotto

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Shallot
  • 10+ Chopped Mushrooms (White and Portobello)
  • 1 Cup+ Risotto Rice
  • 4 Cups Chicken Stock
  • Half Cup White Wine
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Cup of Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese 
  • 1/4 Stick of Butter


DIRECTIONS

  1. Add chopped Shallot and Mushrooms with a little Olive Oil until brown.
  2. Add Chicken Stock in little by little, allowing each amount to absorb; stir consistently
  3. Add half cup White Wine, stirring until absorbed
  4. Add 1 to half cup of water, stirring until absorbed
  5. Add 1 cup of Cream, stirring until somewhat absorbed
  6. Add cup of Parmesan Cheese and Butter
