Risotto
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Shallot
- 10+ Chopped Mushrooms (White and Portobello)
- 1 Cup+ Risotto Rice
- 4 Cups Chicken Stock
- Half Cup White Wine
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Cup of Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 Stick of Butter
DIRECTIONS
- Add chopped Shallot and Mushrooms with a little Olive Oil until brown.
- Add Chicken Stock in little by little, allowing each amount to absorb; stir consistently
- Add half cup White Wine, stirring until absorbed
- Add 1 to half cup of water, stirring until absorbed
- Add 1 cup of Cream, stirring until somewhat absorbed
- Add cup of Parmesan Cheese and Butter
