Alfredo Sauce

INGEREDIENTS

  • Butter (1 Stick)
  • Heavy Whipped Cream (1½ Cup)
  • Parmesan, Asiago and/or White Cheddar Cheese
  • Garlic Clove
  • White Wine (½ Cup)
  • Chicken Stock (½ Cup)
  • Veggie Choices: Broccoli, Cauliflower, Spinach, Mushroom, Zucchini, Parsley 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mince garlic clove; add butter and wine. Simmer, reducing amount by half
  2. Add Veggies, Heavy Whipping Cream and Chicken Stock, bringing to a boil
  3. Once thickens, begin adding cheese and lastly the pasta; dash of salt, pepper and parsley
