Daily Vitamins 2017
Morning:
• Probiotic, prebiotic mixture
• Glutamine (powder or pill)
Before or after each meal:
• DGL or Licorice extract 20 min before each meal
• Betaine with pepsin (after protein meal)
Lunch:
• Fish oil (omega 3)
• Vitamin B12
• Vitamin C
• Vitamin D
• Zinc
Night:
• Magnesium
• Golden milk (Gaia Golden Milk)
Recipe: Low heat coconut oil until it melts in pan, mix in golden milk and almond milk, continue to heat until warm/hot. Drink as nighttime snack before bed, it'll help you poop!
